Returns Policy and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY (UN-OPENED BOTTLES)

All unopened products can be returned within 30 days of order date for exchange or credit (minus any shipping charges). Customers whom are looking to return a product must have the item returned to us within the 30 day period. Any order received after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns, unless you are returning items that were shipped on error.

Before sending any products for return you must use the return form in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  To request a RMA, please fill out form below.

Once we receive your item(s) we will process a credit to the original payment form. We process all returns within 48 hours of receiving the returned items and issue a credit at the same time.  Please allow 24-36 (please note that some banks may take longer) hours once your return has been processed to see the credit on your statement.

Attention: If you send items back without a RMA, you will not receive a refund or credit and the items will be returned back to you.

All opened products have the same guidelines as Un-Opened bottles except we only offer store credit for the returned items.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES

All orders are verified before shipping for accuracy.  If you find that you are missing any items or there is damage to your order please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
